1 credit = 100 characters, rounded up per generation. Voice conversion uses 2× credits.
Failed or cancelled generations return their reserved credits.
A clear way to create.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Buy credits when you need them. Each pack is a one-time payment in USD.
What can I do before purchasing?
Create an account, browse voices, and listen to free previews. New accounts start with zero credits; buy a pack when you are ready to generate.
How much audio will I get?
Audio length depends on your text, speaking pace, and voice. We charge by characters, so your exact credit cost is shown before you generate.
How are refunds handled?
Failed generations return credits automatically. For payment issues or purchase refund requests, contact sales@usecourselab.com with your checkout receipt. Refunded purchases remove the associated credits; already-used refunded credits must be settled before further generation.
